Step cooking
- To get started, let's take on the chicken fillet. We cut 300-400 g of meat into small, oblong pieces, and send it to convenient dishes.
- Pour with one tablespoon of soy sauce and two tablespoons of teriyaki sauce, 2 teaspoons of honey, mix and leave to marinate while preparing the remaining ingredients. If desired, you can add a little salt, ground pepper. But keep in mind that soy sauce is salty, so add a pinch of salt or do not add salt at all. In extreme cases, add to the already fully prepared dish.
- We wash 150 g of mushrooms, cut them into thin plates.
- We clean two onions, rinse, cut into thin half rings.
- We wash two bell peppers, cut into thin strips.
- Pour 50-70 g of starch into a flat plate and chop the chopped meat in it. We do this so that the meat remains as juicy as possible after frying. Starch has the ability to retain moisture in it.
- For frying meat, you must use a wok pan or a large one with a thick bottom. If your pan is small, then fry the meat portionwise in 2-3 sets. If you immediately fry a large batch of meat in a small pan, then it will cook, not fry, and this option is not suitable for this dish. Pour 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil into the pan, add 30 g of butter, let it warm.
- We send meat to the pan. Fry over high heat for no more than 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Separately, fry the onion in butter until transparent.
- Add mushrooms to it and fry until soft for about a couple of minutes, stirring constantly.
- We also recommend roasting the pepper separately to make it crispy with a crust. To do this, pour a little vegetable oil or 20 g butter in a separate pan, heat it up and send the chopped pepper. Fry over the strongest fire for no more than a minute, stirring constantly.
- Now it's time to cook the noodles. Pour water into the pan about 1.5 liters, send to the fire, let it boil. 150 g of buckwheat noodles are sent to boiling water. This amount is enough for two servings and one teaspoon of salt. Stir, after boiling, cook for 10 minutes without a lid.
- Throw the finished noodles into a colander. Pour into a clean pan, add 10 g of butter so that the noodles do not stick together in one lump. Pour fried vegetables and meat to it, mix. Top with a small amount of teriyaki sauce and serve. We lay out on portioned plates, sprinkle with chopped onion greens and sesame seeds on top for beauty.
