Step cooking
- Mushrooms in the amount of 250 grams are washed under running water, dried, cut into plates on a cutting board, not very large, placed in a small container, removed so far.
- Onions in the amount of 70 grams, and this is about one medium-sized onion, peel, wash with cold water under the tap, cut into small slices on a cutting board, put on a plate. Put aside.
- We chop the small hot chili peppers with a knife on a cutting board along with the seeds. We remove to the side.
- Peel one clove of garlic, peel, finely chop on a cutting board. Put aside. We extract the cardamom seeds from its fruit. You can use ground spice from a bag purchased at the supermarket.
- Pour 2-3 tablespoons of odorless sunflower oil into the bowl of the Redmond multicooker. We select the "frying" mode and press the product "vegetables", wait until the oil heats up.
- When the oil heats well, we send chopped mushrooms, onions, chopped garlic and one pinch of ground or five to six cardamom seeds into the multicooker bowl. Fry vegetables for seven minutes.
- At this time, when the mushrooms and onions are fried, we take 300 grams of buckwheat, washed thoroughly. We change the water several times until it becomes transparent and clean. Add washed buckwheat groats in the multicooker bowl to the already fried vegetables. Add two thirds of a teaspoon of salt there, fill the ingredients with hot water in a volume of 520 ml.
- Close the lid of the multicooker, press the “cereal rice” mode, then the “start” button and wait 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, open the slow cooker, add four to five tablespoons of soy sauce there according to your taste, mix.
- From the washed and pre-cut lemon, squeeze the juice in the amount of two teaspoons, also add to the multicooker bowl, mix the ingredients again with the multicooker spoon.
We take out a portioned plate, spread some buckwheat porridge, try it. The dish turned out to be moderately sharp, tasty and satisfying.
