buckwheat 300 g
water 520 ml
Champignon 250 g
garlic 1 clove
onion 70 g
chilli 1 PC.
soy sauce 4-5 Art. l
vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l
lemon 1 PC.
cardamom 1 pinch
salt ⅔ tsp

  1. Mushrooms in the amount of 250 grams are washed under running water, dried, cut into plates on a cutting board, not very large, placed in a small container, removed so far.

  6. When the oil heats well, we send chopped mushrooms, onions, chopped garlic and one pinch of ground or five to six cardamom seeds into the multicooker bowl. Fry vegetables for seven minutes.
