Kitchen appliances and utensils: stove or hob, microwave, glass, kitchen scale, teaspoon, sieve, liter pan, deep glass bowl with a lid, dinner plate.
Ingredients
Buckwheat | 1 stack |
Water | 2 stack |
Salt | 1 tsp |
Butter | 20 g |
Step cooking
- Pour 2 cups of water into a liter pan, put on a big fire and wait for the liquid to boil. Pour 1 cup of buckwheat into a sieve and rinse it under running water until clean water comes out, after which we leave it briefly so that the glass has excess liquid. Pour washed buckwheat into a deep glass bowl, pour boiling water, add 1 tsp. salt, mix to dissolve the crystals, and cover the container with a lid.
- We put the dishes with buckwheat in the microwave, close the door, set it to full power for 10 minutes and press the "Start" button.
- After 10 minutes, when a sound signal sounds about the end of the microwave operation, open the door, remove the lid from the container, close the oven again and set it to full power for another 5 minutes, and press “Start”. After 5 minutes, after the microwave is finished, we take out the finished buckwheat, add 20 g of butter, mix thoroughly, put it on the dinner plate to the main dish and serve.
Important! When using this recipe, you should carefully consider the choice of dishes. Do not forget that in the process of preparing the cereal will increase at least twice, so you need to select a container of such a volume that the buckwheat does not “run away”. You also need to consider the material from which the dishes are made. For this recipe, heat-resistant glass or ceramic dishes are suitable. In addition, there should be no cracks or chips on the surface of the container; this can lead to cracking.
