- We take 300 grams of buckwheat, sort it out, rinse and filter. Next, take a pan with a thick bottom, put it on the stove and put the washed buckwheat in there, frying for 4-5 minutes over medium heat. It is important to constantly stir it with a kitchen spatula so that buckwheat does not burn.

- Add 700 milliliters of boiling water to buckwheat, 0.5 teaspoon of salt, mix and cook for 15 minutes over medium heat.
- While buckwheat is cooked, you can begin to clean the already cooled chicken eggs. We clean them and cut them into medium cubes with a knife.
- We need about 30 grams of green onion, also chop it finely with a knife.
- Take 1 medium onion, peel it and cut into half rings.
- On the stove, heat the pan, pour a little sunflower oil into it and put the chopped onions and fry for about 7-8 minutes. Also do not forget to salt it a little.
- In the finished buckwheat, add the fried and green onions with eggs and mix thoroughly.
- The dish is ready, you can serve it to the table. Enjoy your meal!
Tips
- Buckwheat can be used as an independent dish and with a side dish. Chicken, beef, mushrooms and various vegetables are perfect for this.
- Children can add sugar to buckwheat or pour warm milk and eat like milk porridge. Tasty and healthy.
- Buckwheat porridge is always boiled in 1x2 proportions, that is, 1 cup of buckwheat needs 2 cups of water or milk. Remember that cereal volume doubles during cooking.
- If you have little time to prepare buckwheat porridge, then soak it in water for several hours, before washing. In such a simple way, you can reduce the cooking time by 2 times.
- To ensure that steam builds up and holds inside, always use a pan with a thick bottom.
- No need to interfere with buckwheat during cooking, so you reduce the level of steam inside the pan and increase the cooking time.
