garlic | 2 cloves |

pepper | 0.5 tsp |
ground beef | 500 g |
Step cooking
- We boil 0.5 liters of water and pour 400 g of buckwheat with it. Let the croup stand to steam.
- We heat the pan and add about 150 ml of vegetable oil to it. Finely chop 1 onion and send it to fry.
- Following onions, pour 2 grated carrots on a pan into the pan. Mix everything and fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Without turning off the heat, add 2 tbsp to the browned ingredients. l tomato paste, a pinch of salt and 0.5 tsp. ground pepper.
- Continuing to fry vegetables with tomato paste and spices, pour 400 ml of water to them.
- Mix the frying well and add 2 tbsp to it. l sour cream.
- We mix everything well and turn off the fire.
- Grind 1 onion and 2 cloves of garlic in a blender. Add the resulting mixture to 500 g of ground beef and season with all 2 tbsp. l sour cream.
- Knead all the ingredients and form balls on the meatballs.
- We put the oven to heat up to 180 degrees. We lubricate the deep form with vegetable oil and put buckwheat there, after draining the water from it.
- Add half the resulting fill over the buckwheat. Mix everything evenly and level the surface.
- We lay out the meat balls on top and cover them with the remaining filling.
- We send the form to the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes. We take the dish out of the oven, arrange it on plates and serve.
Ready-made buckwheat with meatballs is an excellent lunch option. Most importantly, it diversifies traditionally prepared cereals and will surely appeal to all members of your family.
