Step cooking
- First, we are preparing vegetables for the dish. On a board we cut a small onion, which we first peel of the husk. Cut it with medium cubes.
- Peel 1-2 carrots from the peel and cut it first into strips, then into small cubes. If you do not really like carrots, then 1 piece will be enough.
- We thoroughly rinse fresh champignon mushrooms in an amount of 200 g under running water. We cut arbitrarily, it is possible in small pieces or thin plates. You can also replace mushrooms with any other mushrooms to taste.
- Pour 1-2 tbsp into the pan. l vegetable oil and let it warm slightly over medium heat. Put the chopped vegetables on the heated oil. Fry the onions and carrots for several minutes, not forgetting to periodically stir them with a spatula.
- A few minutes later, when the onion becomes a little transparent, and the carrots are soft, add chopped champignons to the pan. Mix and fry over high heat for 5 minutes. Do not fry the mushrooms for too long, as they will lose their taste and aroma.
- After 5 minutes, reduce the heat to a minimum and add the previously sorted and washed buckwheat. A total of 1.5 cups of cereal is required. Mix everything thoroughly and salt to taste.
- Sprinkle the ingredients 1-2 tbsp. l dried parsley.
- In a teapot we boil 2.5-3 glasses of water and pour buckwheat with other products with boiling water.
- Mix a little with a spatula and close the pan with a lid. Stew on low heat for 5-10 minutes.
- After 5-10 minutes, turn off the heat and let the buckwheat still stand for 10 minutes, so that the water is completely absorbed. After 10 minutes, buckwheat porridge with mushrooms is ready and it can be served to the table, laid out in portioned plates. The porridge turns out friable, at the same time it is very tasty and fragrant. You can serve it with fresh vegetables or on your own.
