Step cooking
We prepare the ingredients
- First, take the zucchini (1 pc.), Peel it and peel it thoroughly.
- Cut the zucchini on a cutting board into small cubes.
- We also do it with onions. Peel one middle onion and finely chop.
- Next, take garlic press and squeeze 3 cloves of garlic. You can finely chop with a knife, as you prefer.
- We take hot chili pepper to taste, I have ½ part of pepper. Finely chop into cubes.
- Cherry tomatoes are thoroughly washed and cut into quarters.
Cooking a dish
- Put the frying pan on the stove and pour in about 2-3 tbsp. l vegetable oil. Warm up.
- We send garlic, finely chopped chili pepper to the pan and fry for several minutes.
- As soon as a pleasant aroma comes from garlic and pepper, add finely chopped onions to the pan.
- Fry until onion is slightly golden. Add the chopped zucchini to the lightly fried onions. Mix thoroughly.
- Fry until all vegetables have a golden color. In the meantime, the vegetables are fried, prepare buckwheat. Buckwheat (200-250 g) must be thoroughly washed with cold water. The vegetables have become golden, and we send cherry tomatoes to them. Fry for a few minutes.
- Then add the washed buckwheat groats to the vegetables.
- Smooth buckwheat over the entire surface of the pan, on vegetables. And pour 2 cups of water (400-480 ml). Add 1 tsp. Provencal herbs (any seasoning can be used) and salt to taste. Bring it all to a boil and reduce the heat to a minimum.
- Cover and bring buckwheat to readiness over low heat. It takes about 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, remove the lid, mix, and buckwheat can be served. Enjoy your meal.
