Step cooking
Ingredient preparation
- Rinse the meat and let the water drain. You can take any kind of meat - beef, pork, chicken. The difference will only be how long it will be stewed. Then cut the meat into medium-sized pieces (you can cut into small pieces if desired).
- Peel the onion and carrots. Rinse them under running water.
- Finely chop the onion (in cubes).
- Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
- Measure with a multi-glass (the so-called plastic glasses, which are sold in a set with a slow cooker) or a measuring glass of 40 ml of water.
Cooking a dish
- In the thicket of the multicooker, first put the meat, then onions and carrots. Mix everything thoroughly. Use only silicone spoons or spatulas to work in the multicooker, otherwise you risk scratching the bowl cover, and then your dishes will burn.
- The meat will be cooked in its own juice. Oil and some other fats do not need to be added (this is the beauty of cooking in slow cookers). Pour in prepared water.
- Close the cover of the multicooker and turn on the "Extinguishing" mode. Set the time to 1 hour (if you have beef) or 30 minutes (if you took chicken or pork).
- When the cooking time comes to an end, take 240 g of buckwheat and rinse it well a couple of times under water. After the appointed time, open the lid of the multicooker and pour the washed groats into the bowl, where the meat has already been stewed, stewed.
- Measure 4 multi-glasses of water (this is approximately 550 ml if you measure with a regular measuring glass). Pour water into the multicooker bowl.
- Since the meat has not salted, you need to add salt at this stage. According to the recipe, add 2 tsp. salt, but you focus on your taste. Get in the way.
- Close the lid of the multicooker and set it to the “Porridge” mode (you may have the “Buckwheat”, “Rice” mode, it may be called in some other way). Time - 30-35 minutes.
- After half an hour, open the multicooker and get a fully prepared dish! Arrange on serving plates and decorate to your liking! Enjoy your meal!
