- On a coarse grater, rub 1 carrot.
- We also send it to the pan. Do not forget to stir from time to time. We wash a glass of buckwheat, pour it into a baking dish.
- Pour buckwheat with two glasses of boiling water. Add 1/3 Art. l salt, leave for 10 minutes.
- Salted meat and vegetables to taste. We also add black ground pepper to the meat to taste. We spread meat and vegetables on steamed buckwheat. Lay out pieces of butter on top (total weight 50 g).
- We close the form with a lid (if there is no lid, then you can use foil), install it in the oven, heated to 180 ° C. Cooking time - about an hour. Buckwheat is ready when there is no water left in the form.

- Such buckwheat with chicken can be cooked in a slow cooker or even in a pan with a thick bottom (such as ducklings) on the stove.
- Instead of chicken legs, you can use other meat, for example: ducklings, beef, pork.
