Step cooking

- Add the onions to the meat and fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add grated carrots to the pot and fry for another two to three minutes.
- Season the meat with 2 grams of salt and black pepper to taste. We clean four cloves of garlic, pass through a press and add to the rest of the ingredients.
- Grated tomatoes are mixed with 500 grams of pure water.
- We thoroughly rinse 200 grams of buckwheat and spread it on meat.
- You do not need to mix the ingredients. Pour the entire contents of the cauldron with tomatoes and water.
- Add another 3 grams of salt and bring everything to a boil. After boiling, leave the dish to cook in an open cauldron. When the water boils to the level of buckwheat, put 30 grams of butter on it, cover the container with a lid and reduce the heat to a minimum.
- Cook for another 12-15 minutes, turn off the heat, mix all the ingredients, arrange the dish on plates and serve.
