Step cooking

- Bring the water to a boil over high heat and cook for 10 minutes. Do not interfere with the porridge during cooking.
- After 10 minutes, when all the water has evaporated, pour the porridge with milk.
- Switch the fire, make it a little less than average, salt the porridge and mix the ingredients. Then add sugar to taste. Add butter there.
- Cover the pot with a lid, cook for 20 minutes. Stir the porridge periodically. After 20 minutes, turn off the fire and let the porridge stand under the lid for another 10 minutes.
