Buckwheat | 600 g |
Salt | 1 tsp |
Spices for meat | 0.5 tsp |
Carrot | 1 PC. |
Bell pepper | 0.5 pc |
Butter | 50 g |
Step cooking
- To begin with, we wash 600 g of buckwheat. It can be poured into a sieve and washed with running water. And it is better to pour in a deep bowl and pour water. Thus, all the garbage that is present in it will pop up. Change the water several times until it becomes clear.
- We take a small carcass of chicken and cut it into portions. Instead of a carcass, you can take some separate chicken parts, for example, thighs, drumsticks or chicken legs.
- Now prepare the vegetables. Peel the onion, rinse, cut into small cubes. We wash the carrots, peel and rub on a coarse grater. We wash half the sweet bell pepper and cut into small cubes.
- In the bowl of the multicooker we send chicken meat, washed buckwheat and chopped vegetables: carrots, onions and bell peppers. Sprinkle with one teaspoon of salt and spices. We sprinkled half a teaspoon of spicy meat spices. You can use any seasonings as you wish. Perhaps you just add black ground or a mixture of peppers.
- Cut 50 g butter into small pieces and send to the slow cooker. We distribute the vegetables in an even layer.
- Pour the ingredients with cold water so that it covers them completely and rises a centimeter higher.
- Close the lid of the multicooker, turn on the "multi-cook" mode, set the time to one hour and a temperature of 120 degrees. This recipe is suitable for any multicooker model. If yours does not have such programs, display "stewing" or "meat dishes."
- After this time, open the lid of the multicooker, mix, pour buckwheat and meat on portioned plates and serve to the table. As an decoration, sprinkle porridge with chopped herbs.
