Step cooking
We prepare the ingredients
- 320 grams of my chicken fillet, cut into small cubes on a cutting board, put on a plate and set aside for now.
- We wash one hundred grams of champignons under running water, put them in a colander, let dry a little. Then we cut them into quarters not finely, but also not coarsely, placed in a separate container, removed to the side.
- One medium-sized carrot is peeled, washed under a tap, cut into strips on a cutting board, placed in a separate container, removed to the side.
- One medium-sized onion is also peeled, washed with cold water, cut into cubes and removed until sideways.
- Two cloves of garlic peel, wash, chop finely.
Cooking meals
- We wash buckwheat in the amount of 180 grams several times with cold water under the tap until the water becomes clean and transparent. We place the groats in a separate container, pour cold water so that the buckwheat is more than covered, but without excess water, leave it to soak for an hour and a half.
- We put a small stewpan on the stove. Pour one tablespoon of vegetable oil into the stewpan, heat it, add the chopped chicken fillet there and fry for two minutes.
- Then add chopped mushrooms and chopped garlic to the meat, mix. We continue to fry the ingredients for another two minutes. After that, put the meat and mushrooms separately, and put the stewpan on the fire again.
- We grease the stewpan with vegetable oil using a kitchen brush, send the carrots cut into strips and diced onions there. Fry vegetables for five minutes, stirring constantly.
- Then add the fried meat, mushrooms and garlic to this stewpan, mix the ingredients. Here we put the swollen buckwheat, after draining the excess water. Salt the products in a saucepan with one teaspoon without top, add one or two pinches of ground black pepper, mix.
- We take 50 ml of hot boiled water, pour into a saucepan, cover it with a lid and leave it on the stove, bring the products to a boil.
- When the mass boils, turn off the heat, leave the dish to stand for 10 minutes with the lid of the stewpan closed. Ten minutes later, buckwheat with chicken and mushrooms is ready for serving.
