Ingredient preparation
- To create this dish we need 3 multi-glasses of meat broth. Therefore, pre-cook it using any meat on the bone. If during cooking, salt the broth, then you do not need to add salt to the dish before stewing. Also consider that the bacon is quite salty, so immediately take a sample, and only then add salt.
- First, prepare all the ingredients. We will use 150 g of champignons. They must first be washed and cut into any pieces: you can cubes or thin plates. Instead of mushrooms, any other mushrooms are suitable.
- Dice 200 g of bacon. Instead of bacon, you can use any sausages or fresh meat. If you cook buckwheat often, you can try different options. Try with smoked meats, pork, chicken.
- Peel the onion, rinse and cut into cubes.
Cooking a dish
- We turn on the slow cooker in the "frying" mode, set the time to 18 minutes. Pour two tablespoons of vegetable oil and put a piece of butter weighing about 40 g, let it warm.
- Pour the chopped bacon, fry for a couple of minutes, stirring, and add the chopped onion. Fry until the onions are transparent, sprinkle with ground black pepper or a mixture to taste. If you want, add other seasonings as you wish.
- Add chopped mushrooms, mix, fry for three minutes.
- During this time, we wash buckwheat. Pour three multi-glasses of buckwheat into a deep bowl, fill with water and drain it. We repeat this procedure several times. We send the washed buckwheat to the slow cooker, mix.
- Add two multi-glasses of cream and three multi-glasses of broth. You can use cream of any fat content, the main thing is that they are fresh. The broth can be replaced with plain water, but tastes better with it.
- Close the lid of the multicooker, set the "cereal" ("rice") mode for 10 or 15 minutes. Then we set the time for heating (rest) 10 minutes and after this time we can open the lid. On a coarse grater, rub 80 g of hard cheese, which melts well, and pour it into porridge.
- Mix, since buckwheat is hot, the cheese will melt right away. Pour into serving plates and can serve. The decoration will be fresh greens, chopped finely.
