Ingredients
Buckwheat | 2 measuring stacks. |
Beef | 400 g |
Suneli hops | 1.5 tsp |
Soy sauce | 2 tbsp. l |
Onion | 1 PC. |
Carrot | 2 pcs. |
Garlic | 2 cloves |
Butter | 50 g |
Bay leaf | 2 pcs. |
Water | 4.5 measuring stacks. |
Ginger | 2 - 3 g |
Salt | taste |
Vegetable oil | 1 - 2 tbsp. l |
Step cooking
- The meat (400 g) is thoroughly washed and cut into small pieces with a knife. Turn on the slow cooker and set it to "Frying" mode. Pour into the bowl of the multicooker 1 - 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil, and after the butter we spread the pieces of beef (one at a time so that the frying temperature does not drop immediately). Fry the meat in a slow cooker (stirring occasionally) until the liquid evaporates.
- While the beef is being prepared, we clean, wash and finely chop the onions (1 pc.), And when the meat is fried and the liquid evaporates, add the onions to the multicooker. Mix.
- When the onion slightly changes color, add 2 chopped garlic cloves and 2 - 3 g chopped ginger to the multicooker bowl. Mix.
- Immediately after the garlic and ginger, add the carrots cut into small slices, which must be peeled and washed thoroughly. Mix.
- Then add to the meat and vegetables 2 tbsp. l soy sauce. Mix. After soy sauce, add 2 measured cups of thoroughly washed buckwheat, 50 g butter, 2 bay leaves and a little salt to the multicooker bowl. Mix thoroughly again.
- We boil water using a kettle and pour 4.5 measured cups of boiling water into the multicooker bowl (immediately after adding buckwheat). Mix.
- Close the lid of the multicooker and put it on the "Extinguishing" mode for 50 minutes (if you have a multicooker, pressure cooker, then 30 minutes is enough).
- When the slow cooker gives a signal of readiness, open the lid, mix the porridge thoroughly, put it on plates and serve to the table. Enjoy your meal!
