Step cooking
- We wash 400 g of meat, remove films and veins, cut into small cubes. Any meat is suitable for this dish: pork, beef, chicken, turkey. Choose what you and your family love.
- Peel one onion. We cut it into half rings. The size depends on your preference - you can finely chop or cut larger. If onions are not liked in your family, then you can do without it. If desired, chopped garlic can be added. Rub one carrot on a coarse grater. You can cut it into slices or cubes, in a slow cooker it will become very soft and tasty.
- Turn on the slow cooker. Pour 3 tbsp into the bowl. l odorless vegetable oil. Vegetable oil can be replaced with olive. Set the “Baking” mode for 30 minutes. This mode can be replaced by the program "Frying", only you will have to set the time manually.
- Spread the sliced meat and stirring occasionally, fry for 20 minutes. Excess moisture will evaporate, and the meat will be slightly fried.
- After 20 minutes, add chopped onions and carrots, mix. Cook another 10 minutes before the end of the Baking program.
- 2 multi-cups of buckwheat groats should be sorted out and washed under running water.
- After a beep to meat and vegetables, pour buckwheat.
- Pour 4 multi-cups of hot water.
- Add 1 tsp. universal seasoning, salt and pepper to taste, mix well. Use any spices and seasonings to your taste.
- We close the multicooker with a lid, set the “Rice / Grains” mode for 40 minutes. If your multicooker does not have such a program, then such modes as Pilau, Buckwheat, and Porridge will do. Read the instructions that came with your device, which clearly indicates which program is suitable for this particular dish.
- After a beep that signals the end of the program, buckwheat is ready. Stir it, arrange it on plates and serve to the table. Enjoy your meal!
