Ingredients
buckwheat | 200 g |
tomato paste | 2 tbsp. l |
chicken fillet | 500 g |
garlic | 2 tooth. |
carrot | 1 PC. |
onion | 1 PC. |

sunflower oil | 4 tbsp. l |
drinking water | 500 ml |

Step cooking
- Dice 500 g of chicken into medium-sized cubes. Add spices and black pepper to taste. Mix and let the meat marinate.
- Finely chop 1 head of onion.
- Cut 1 medium carrot into strips.
- In a deep preheated pan, pour 2 tbsp. l sunflower oil. We send the chopped onion to fry until translucent.
- Add carrots to the onion, squeeze 2 cloves of garlic, mix everything and pass the vegetables until cooked.
- In a deep container we shift 2 tbsp. l tomato paste, fill it with 500 ml of drinking water, add a pinch of salt and mix.
- Pour the resulting tomato juice into a pan with vegetables and bring it to a boil.
- We put on the fire a small pan with 2 tbsp. l oils. When the oil is heated, send pieces of chicken to it, mix them and fry until tender over high heat (about 3-5 minutes).
- We shift the meat to tomato sauce and simmer over medium heat under a closed lid.
- We washed washed buckwheat with a weight of 200 g to chicken and vegetables.
- Mix all the ingredients and simmer under the lid for 25-30 minutes. The dish is ready!
