- Beef - 1 kg
- Onion - 0.5 kg
- Black pepper - to taste

- Vegetable oil - for frying
- Vodka - 50 ml
- Cream - 200 ml
- Sour cream - 200 g
Step cooking
- Cut 1 kg of beef - first across the fibers in layers, then in small sticks.
- Cut into strips 0.5 kg of onion.
- In a cauldron, we heat the vegetable oil and put the meat there, begin to fry over a large fire.
- Salt and pepper meat to taste.
- When the beef gives off the juice, add 50 ml of vodka - this will make the meat unusually soft. After 2-3 minutes, when the school desks of alcohol evaporate, we reduce the fire, cover the cauldron with a lid and simmer for 40-60 minutes. Do not forget to periodically mix.
- In almost finished meat, put onions and fry until golden, stirring occasionally.
- Add 200 ml of cream to the cauldron, mix thoroughly.
- Then add 200 g of sour cream and simmer for another 5 minutes over low heat. At this time we try the dish - if necessary, add salt and / or pepper.
- You can serve such meat with almost any side dish - potatoes, cereals, pasta.
