Ingredient preparation
- Wash the beef tenderloin (600 g). Dice the meat, about 2 cm × 2 cm. Put the meat in a deep bowl.
- Add salt (to taste), ground black pepper (to taste), seasoned hops-suneli (to taste) to the chopped meat. Stir the meat with your hands, slightly kneading the pieces.
- Peel the onion (2 pcs.), Cut into small cubes. Pour the onion into a bowl of meat. Remove the husks from the garlic (4-5 cloves), chop finely. Pour the garlic into a bowl of meat. Remember with your hands a mixture of meat and vegetables. Let stand for 10 minutes. During this time, prepare the rest of the ingredients. Wash the potato tubers (500 g). Clean. Cut the potatoes into small cubes, about 1 cm × 1 cm.
- Salt the potatoes (to taste), pepper (to taste). Shuffle. Cut the cheese (100 g) into three equal parts. Cut each piece into thin slices. Divide the butter (120 g) into 6 approximately equal pieces.
Pot filling
- Divide the chopped meat into three equal parts. In each pot, put one piece of meat, tighten the meat layer.
- Pour water (100-120 ml) into each pot so that its level is equal to the level of meat in the dishes. Put a piece of butter (one in six) on a layer of meat in each pot.
- Add a third of the chopped potatoes. Compact the potato layer by hand.
- Put a piece of butter (20 g) on the potatoes. Cover with cheese plates. One pot leaves a third of the cheese (33 g). Please note that the contents of the pot should not reach its top by about 1.5 cm.
- Place mayonnaise (20 ml) on cheese plates, spread mayonnaise over the entire surface.
- Cover the pots with lids. Place on a baking sheet. Place the pot pan on the lower level. Turn on the oven, set the temperature to 200 ° C, time 2 hours.
- Cook. After the specified time, turn off the oven, remove the dish. Before serving, add finely chopped dill and parsley to each pot (a small bunch).
The recipe can be supplemented by adding various vegetables: carrots, tomatoes, bell peppers, zucchini, eggplant, cauliflower and other vegetables. In preparing the dishes, various herbs and spices are used, depending on your tastes and preferences.
