Ingredients
- Beef, pulp - 450-500 g
- Potato - 1 kg
- Onions, large - 3 pcs.
- Hard cheese - 200-250 g
- Butter - 90-120 g
- Mayonnaise - 35-40 ml
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Table salt - to taste
- Drinking water - 350-400 ml
Step cooking
- Peel 1 kg of potatoes and 3 large onions.
- Rinse and dry 450-500 grams of beef pulp. Cut the meat into random pieces of medium size. Transfer the chopped meat to a plate.
- Cut 3 large onions into halves, cut them into medium sized strips or the same cubes.
- Arrange the chopped meat in pots (3 pieces), dividing it into three approximately equal parts. More precisely, you can divide the meat using a cooking scale.
- Salt and pepper with black ground pepper meat in pots to your taste. If desired, you can pre-marinate the pieces of meat in a deep bowl, mixing them with salt and pepper.
- Divide the chopped onion into three equal parts, transfer the onions into pots, mix the onion layer with the meat in a spoon in each of the pots. Squeeze a little layer of meat with onion with a spoon.
- Pour potable water into each pot so that it reaches the level of meat with onions, about 120-130 ml per vessel.
- Cut 0.8-0.9 kg of potatoes into small cubes (with a side of about 7-8 mm), divide the slicing into three equal parts. Put potato cubes on top of the meat so that they reach the neck of the pot. As you lay the potatoes, compact the layer.
- In each pot on a layer of potatoes put 15-20 grams of oil.
- Divide into three parts a piece of hard cheese (200-250 grams), cut one part into thin slices with a knife. Cover a layer of potato cubes with cheese plates. Repeat with the other two pots.
- Put 20 ml of mayonnaise in each serving, spread the sauce over a layer of cheese. When baking, you get a beautiful golden crust.
- Cover the pots with lids, put them in a baking tray. If during the cooking process liquid from the pots spills out, it will fall into the pan and will not stain the oven.
- Heat the oven to a temperature of 200 ° C. Place the baking tray with pots on the lower level, cook the dish for 2-2.2 hours.
