Preparation of raw materials and ingredients
- Cut 300 g of washed and dried meat into small pieces, weighing 10-15 g. Fry pieces of meat sprinkled with salt and pepper in a frying pan until a crust forms, due to which the meat remains juicy during subsequent processing.
- Then put in a saucepan, pour boiled water so that it reaches at least 1/3 of the height of the meat. The further extinguishing should proceed slowly over low heat in a tightly closed container. Simmer for 40-50 minutes, almost until fully cooked.
- Wash one medium carrot, peel, cut into half rings and fry for 4-5 minutes until half cooked.
- Peel the onion, cut into half rings and fry in a pan until transparent.
- Put fried carrots and onions in a bowl with meat and add two tablespoons of soy sauce. Continue to quench under closed lid with moderate heating.
- Two large washed and peeled potatoes cut into medium cubes and fry in a pan, constantly stirring. When frying on pieces of potato, a uniform crispy crust is formed. Fry until half cooked.
- Wash one large red pepper, clear of seeds and cut into long strips. Scalp a large tomato and peel it off. Cut the flesh of the tomato into small slices.
Quenching
- Place potatoes, peppers and tomatoes in a saucepan for meat with onions and carrots, mix everything. Pour a little boiled water into a mixture of meat and vegetables, add a pinch of dried basil, 100 g of green peas, salt, pepper and continue stewing.
- Reduce the heat to a minimum at which boiling is observed. Braised beef with vegetables during cooking should not boil intensively so that the vegetables do not lose their beautiful appearance. Only the minimum required heating. Stew meat and vegetables until cooked. Finally, sprinkle beef with vegetables finely chopped parsley. If necessary, so that all excess liquid evaporates, you can open the stewpan lid and bring to the desired consistency.
Submission and registration
- Put the prepared beef with vegetables on a plate on a plate. Before serving, you can sprinkle the dish with finely chopped garlic.
- Serve fresh or pickled cucumbers, fried or pickled champignons, sauerkraut or pickled cabbage, salad as you wish, or just chop fresh vegetables.
