Ingredients
- Beef, pulp - 500 g
- Onions - 100-120 g
- Mix of vegetables fresh frozen Mexican - 400 g
- Ground curry - 0.5 tsp.
- Red sweet paprika - 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 40-50 ml
- Drinking water - 200-250 ml
- Salt - 1 tsp. with a slide
Step cooking
- From the peel, peel the onion head weighing 100-120 grams. Cut the onion into half rings approximately 3 mm thick.
- Rinse and dry with a paper towel a piece of beef tenderloin weighing about 500 grams. Cut the meat into small pieces. If these are cubes, then with a side of about 2.5-3 cm. You can replace beef with pork, poultry.
- Pour 40-50 ml of vegetable oil of your choice into the multicooker bowl. It can be both sunflower and olive oil, another oil. On the multicooker timer, set the time to 3 minutes, the "Frying" mode, the ingredient "Meat". Close the lid, press the "Start" button.
- Put the beef cut into slices in the warmed vegetable oil, mix with a cooking spatula, fry for 7 minutes with the lid open.
- After 7 minutes, add the onion sliced in half rings into the multicooker bowl. Mix meat with onion slices, fry for 2 minutes.
- Turn off the "Frying" mode, add a mixture of Mexican vegetables to the bowl. The mixture needs to be thawed in advance, instead of the frozen mixture, you can take fresh vegetables: bell pepper, tomatoes, green peas, boiled beans, carrots, corn, cauliflower, other vegetables. Take note - vegetables that are cooked for a long time (carrots, beans) are better to boil beforehand until half-cooked.
- Add to the dish 1 teaspoon of red ground sweet paprika, 0.5 teaspoon of curry powder and 1 teaspoon of table salt with a slide. If desired, you can add a few chopped cloves of garlic, black pepper and bay leaf (these ingredients are not in the list of products).
- Boil water in a teapot, pour 200-250 ml of boiling water into the multicooker bowl. Mix the contents of the bowl well with a spatula.
- On the multicooker panel, select the "Extinguishing" mode, set the time to 30 minutes, press the "Start" button. After this time, the dish is ready.
Such a meat dish is well suited to a side dish of mashed potatoes, fried or stewed potatoes, rice, pasta. When serving, sprinkle meat with finely chopped dill, parsley, cilantro.
