Ingredients
- Beef meat, pulp - 1 kg
- Coarse sea salt - to taste
Step cooking
- Rinse and dry a piece of beef pulp weighing 1 kg. Cut the meat across the fibers into slices (steaks) about 1-1.5 cm thick.
- Fry the coals so that there is a strong heat from them, install the grill. Put the beef steaks on the wire rack.
- Sprinkle the pieces of meat on top with coarse sea salt to your liking. If you like more salted beef, then use a larger amount of sea salt, not salted - reduce it.
- Fry the meat on one side for about 3-4 minutes, determine the degree of frying by changing the color of the meat on the end surfaces of the steaks. Turn over to the other side when the color change reaches half the height of the slice. Turn the beef steaks to the other side using cooking tongs.
- Salt the meat with sea salt. Fry on the other side for about 3-4 minutes. The exact cooking time depends on the size and thickness of the slice.
- When the clear meat juice comes out on top of the steaks, the meat is ready. Remove the pieces with tongs from the grill.
- Cut the steaks into thin slices.
According to this recipe, grilled meat is fried in Brazil, just meat, salt and coals. No preliminary marinating and no spices, Brazilians believe that the meat taste is best felt in this way.
