Ingredients
- Rice - 400 g
- Fish (tuna, salmon) - 200 g
- Cucumber - 300 g
- Cream Cheese - 180 g
- Nori sheets - 5 pcs.
- Flour - 100 g
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Breadcrumbs - 1 pack
- Water - 2 tbsp. l
- Salt to taste
- Whiskey - 2 tbsp. l
Step cooking
- To start, prepare all the ingredients. I wash the fish under running water, remove the skin and cut into thin strips.
- My cucumber under running water, cut the stem, cut in half and take out the pulp with a spoon. Cut into thin strips. Boil rice until cooked. Add salt, sugar and rice vinegar.
- Let's roll up the rolls. We wrap the sushi mat with cling film and grease it with vegetable oil. In the middle of the mat we spread 1 sheet of nori.
- We wet our hands in water and put the rice on a nori leaf, level it so that 1 cm of the leaf remains free.
- We spread cream cheese and cucumber with straws on rice. Put the pieces of fish carefully and press the filling with your hands, forming a square.
- Wrap the roll, helping the filling to stay inside. Wet 1 cm nori with water and fix the edges of the roll.
- Trim the roll on both sides to make it smooth.
- For breading, mix eggs with whiskey and flour. Then put the breadcrumbs in a bowl.
- First, dip the roll into flour, then into eggs and breadcrumbs.
- Put the roll in a pan with a little oil. Fry until golden brown.
- Hot rolls are ready to serve with ginger and soy sauce.
