- kitchen scales;
- a glass of 250 ml;
- deep refractory pan;
- tea spoon;
- tablespoon;
- pusher;
- mixer;
- hob.
Ingredients
- chopped peas - 2 stacks.
- water - 2.5 stacks.
- cream - 100 g
- butter - 70 g
- sugar - 1 tsp.
- baking soda - a pinch
- salt - 0.5 tsp.
Step cooking
- Pour 2 cups of chopped peas into a deep pan, fill it with water and leave it in this state for 2 hours.
- Drain and rinse the peas.
- Add 0.5 tsp to the pan. salt, a pinch of baking soda and pour all 2.5 glasses of water.
- Boil the peas over medium heat for about 30 minutes after the boil begins.
- Add to the finished peas 70 g butter, 1 tsp. sugar and 100 g of cream.
- Grind the ingredients with a pusher and leave under a closed lid for 10 minutes.
- Beat the resulting mixture with a mixer and serve the dish on the table.
Pea puree is an incredibly healthy and tasty dish, which, if cooked properly, will surely appeal to both adults and children. It goes well with vegetables, meat or fish. It is especially good to include it in your diet in winter, when the body experiences a serious lack of vitamin D.
