- After the time has passed, we transfer the slices of pink salmon into the heat-resistant dishes with the skin down, pour in the rest of the sauce, put it in the oven, which we set to 250 degrees. The fish should be baked in the marinade for 12-15 minutes.
- While the pink salmon is baked, prepare a sauce for it. 40 grams of any hard cheese is rubbed on a coarse grater. We combine in a separate container 100 grams of 20-25 percent sour cream with grated cheese, add two pinches of ground pepper, half a teaspoon of salt. Mix thoroughly with a whisk.
- After 15 minutes, when the fish is ready, take out the baking sheet from the oven, immediately fill it with sour cream sauce and put it back into the oven for one or two minutes.
- After the lapse of time we take the fish out of the oven, sprinkle dill with the chopped greens on top, put it on portioned plates.
