Step cooking
- The dish is prepared from pink salmon fillet, but if you could not find it, you can buy the whole fish and chop it yourself. To do this, clean the fish from husks under cool water. The belly is incised, all the insides removed and washed again. Cut off the tail, head and all fins. Pink salmon fillets are separated from the ridge, then peeled. For the dish you need 700 g of pink salmon fillet, which is cut into 2-3 cm slices with a kitchen knife.
- They cover the baking sheet with aluminum foil and lay on it cut pieces of pink salmon. If there is no foil, then the fish is simply placed on a baking sheet, slightly oiled with vegetable oil.
- Each piece of pink salmon is salted with a small amount of salt and seasoned with black ground pepper a little. All pink salmon fillets are carefully sprinkled with lemon juice using half of the large citrus. Leave the fish for a quarter of an hour so that it is well marinated.
- At this time, they are busy pouring for pink salmon. Half a liter of cream with 10% fat is poured into a deep bowl. In the cream add 1 tbsp. l potato starch. If this is not, then it is replaced with ordinary flour. Thoroughly mix the ingredients using a whisk or mixer.
- Preliminarily chopped a bunch of dill or parsley. It is possible to combine greens using half a beam. Chopped herbs are poured into a bowl with cream and continue to mix.
- After 15 minutes, pour the pickled pink salmon fillet with cream and herbs.
- Take 70 g of any hard cheese and rub on a large or medium grater. Grated cheese sprinkled on top of the dish. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and place a baking tray with pink salmon for 30 minutes.
- The finished dish is taken out after half an hour from the oven. It has a rosy and fragrant crust. Lay out pink salmon in portions and garnish with fresh herbs. You can serve with mashed potatoes, boiled rice, vegetables or another side dish to your taste.
