Step cooking
- Take the gutted carcass of pink salmon. Wash it well under running water and dip it with paper towels. Cut the pink salmon into steaks about 2 cm wide and put in a bowl.
- Salt pink salmon to taste. Add black ground pepper to taste. Instead of black pepper, you can take any spices and herbs that you like.
- Wash and scald lemon with boiling water. Cut it into halves. We pour pink salmon over the juice of half a lemon.
- Mix the steaks with your hands and leave for about 20 minutes, so that the fish is soaked and marinated.
- In the meantime, boil broccoli. Pour water into a pot and set on fire. When the water boils, we add it a little. Take 400 g of frozen broccoli and throw in boiling water. We do not need to boil the broccoli completely, we only need to boil it. Therefore, after 1-2 minutes, remove the broccoli pan from the heat and drain the water through a colander.
- After 20 minutes, put the fish in a glass refractory baking dish. You need to try to lay out the pieces in one layer.
- We put broccoli in a baking dish, filling the space between the pieces of fish.
- Top it with a glass of 10% cream.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C and send the form into it for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, three hard cheese (100-150 g) on a medium grater.
- After 15 minutes, we take our dish out of the oven and sprinkle with grated cheese (mainly pink salmon).
- Send the dish back for another 15 minutes to melt the cheese.
Ways of decorating and serving
- Baked pink salmon is well served with dry white wine. But, given the preference of guests and hosts, it is possible with pink semi-dry.
- Baked pink salmon is best served hot, removed from the oven immediately before serving.
- They will make the dish more festive and give it an additional taste of “ladybugs” made from small round tomatoes and planted on each steak. In order to make a "ladybug" you need to cut the tomato in half. Next, make a recess along the “back” in the center. Spots on the “back” can be made using dots of mayonnaise, or by sticking a few buds of clove spice. Make the head out of olives, cutting them first along and then across. It will be effectively planted on a small piece of lettuce.
- In addition, a dish with pink salmon, baked in cream, can be decorated with several "roses" of tomatoes. To do this, remove a thin continuous spiral chip from a large tomato. Then, starting from one of the edges, we turn the spiral into a tube. As a result, we get a small magnificent rose.
