Pink salmon fillet | 700 g |
Onion | 2 large onions (350-400 g) |
Canned mushrooms | 300 g |
Hard cheese | 50 g |
Mayonnaise | 3 tbsp. l |
Mixture of peppers | 1/2 tsp |
Vegetable oil | 2 tbsp. l |
Butter | 15 g |
Salt | 1 tsp with a slide |
Step cooking
- Finely chop the onion.
- We cut mushrooms into small pieces. They can be both home-made and purchased.
- We chop cheese on a coarse grater. Cut the fillet of pink salmon into small portioned portions.
- In the bowl of the multicooker in bulk 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil, select the "Frying" mode, the products "Vegetables" and wait for the slow cooker to heat up.
- After the slow cooker has warmed up, fry the chopped onion.
- After 5 minutes, add the chopped mushrooms and fry the onions along with the mushrooms. The total frying time is 10 minutes.
- After that, turn off the slow cooker, transfer the onions and mushrooms to the plate. Now we need foil. We put it in two layers. Size should be measured based on the width of the double boiler. We put the foil in the bowl. Lubricate the foil with butter.
- Pink salmon must be salt. Add 1 tsp. with a slide of salt, 1/2 tsp mixtures of peppers, and rub it all thoroughly into the fish. It is necessary that all the pieces are properly salted and peppered.
- Put the foil in the multicooker bowl. We spread the fish further. In some places, the fish will turn out in two layers. This is not scary.
- On top of the fish we spread a mixture of onions and mushrooms. We carefully distribute over the fish so that it is completely closed.
- Next, add 3 tbsp. l mayonnaise, and also gently spread on the surface. Mayonnaise can be prepared independently, or use purchased. After that, we fill everything with grated cheese.
- Close the lid of the multicooker. We cook in the “Baking” mode for 20 minutes, and then leave it heated with the lid closed for another 15 minutes.
- We get the finished fish. Leave to cool slightly, and cut into portioned pieces.
Decoration methods and serving options
- Royal salmon can be served together with fresh vegetables or boiled potatoes.
- This dish is best served immediately after cooking, as the cooled fish quickly loses its taste.
- Sometimes this dish is served with chopped cucumbers or tomatoes.
- It can also be served on a lettuce leaf, garnished with sprigs of greenery.
