Chicken eggs (raw) | 1 PC. |
Wheat flour (premium or first grade) | 4 tbsp. l |
Cold water | 100 ml |
Salt, ground pepper | taste |
Vegetable oil | 60 g |
Step cooking
- For cooking, you can buy a ready-made fillet (500-700 g), rinse it in water, dry it with a towel and cut into pieces no more than 2.5 cm thick. You can also purchase whole fish (1.5-1.8 kg), clean it, clean the head with gills, fins, tail and entrails. Cut the resulting carcass along and remove all the bones. Finished fillet, as previously indicated, cut into small pieces. In this case, you can also cook a very tasty ear from the head, ridge, fins and tail.
- Salt slices of pink salmon fillet, pepper to taste, gently roll into small rolls and put on a plate.
- In a convenient bowl, grate the peeled onion (1 head) on a fine grater, add raw chicken egg (1 pc.) And mix thoroughly with a whisk or fork, whichever is more convenient.
- Add salt (about 0.5 tsp), flour (4 tbsp.) To the mixture and mix well until a homogeneous, dense mass is obtained.
- Then pour 100 ml of cold water and mix again.
- Put the frying pan on fire, add vegetable oil (60 g) and heat it well. Roll each prepared roll in the resulting batter, put in a pan and fry over medium heat on all sides until cooked.
- Finished pieces of pink salmon in batter can be laid out on a paper towel to remove excess oil, and then transferred to a convenient dish for serving.
