- First you need to marinate pink salmon. To do this, cut each piece of steak in half and remove the ridge. If some bones cannot be removed with your hands, then use tweezers. Peel is not required to be removed from pink salmon.
- We cook marinade for pink salmon. To prepare it, you will need 1 cup of orange juice, which we pour into a deep bowl. To make pink salmon marinade, you need 1 zest of lemon. To get it, wash the citrus, remove the peel and rub on a fine grater. Adds zest to a bowl of orange juice. Mix the ingredients thoroughly.
- In the finished marinade, well roll the pink salmon and leave to marinate for 10 minutes. It is possible to add a little salt to the fish.
- At this time, we are engaged in the preparation of green beans. The product is used as a side dish for pink salmon, but you can cook any other to your liking. For cooking, you need 200 g of green beans, which we put in a slow cooker and cook for 10-15 minutes.
