Step cooking
- Peel, peel and chop 1-2 onions in small cubes.
- Wash and cut into small plates 250 grams of mushrooms.
- Wash and dry 600 grams of red fish from excess water. These are approximately 4 medium steaks. Season the fish on both sides to taste with salt and a mixture of peppers. Rub the seasonings with your hands.
- Pour 30 grams of vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl. Turn on the slow cooker in frying mode and wait until the oil heats up.
- Pour chopped onions and champignons into the heated oil. Fry until cooked.
- Rinse thoroughly 320 grams of long-grain white rice and add to the fried vegetables in a slow cooker.
- Turn off the frying mode, add 3-4 grams of salt and pour 450 grams of pure hot water. All mix well.
- Cover the container with steam foil, but leave a small space for steam to escape. We put in a slow cooker over rice.
- We put red fish in the container and close the lid of the multicooker. We turn on the "Rice, Grains" mode for 35 minutes and leave to cook.
- After the time has passed, we spread rice and fish in portions and serve.
Decoration methods and serving options
- Pink salmon prepared in this way is best combined with white rice, as presented in the recipe. But if desired, the side dish can be changed. Boiled potatoes or mashed potatoes will be a good substitute.
- Steaming fish with pasta and wheat porridge is not recommended.
- A great option for an easy and wholesome dinner is steamed pink salmon with vegetables.
- Garnish servings with sliced fresh vegetables and chopped herbs.
- You can also decorate the dish with olives.
- A special taste of the fish can give a slice of lemon. Just put it on a plate so that a person can decide whether he wants sourness in his dish or not.
- As a drink, red dry or semi-sweet wine is perfect.
