Step cooking
- Pink salmon need to be cleaned, cleaned from the inside and washed thoroughly.
- Then take a knife and make cuts every 3 centimeters on both sides of the fish.
- Pepper pink salmon from all sides and inside. Sprinkle with dry ginger and garlic also on both sides and inside.
- Then take a baking sheet and cover it with foil. Put pink salmon on the foil. Pour in all sections on the fish 2-3 tbsp. l soy sauce.
- Pour pink salmon on both sides with sunflower oil (1-2 tbsp. L.).
- Cover the pan with fish foil on top and let it marinate for 15-20 minutes. Preheat the oven to two hundred degrees. Put the pink salmon in the oven and cook for 25-30 minutes. Then remove the pan and remove the top foil. Cook without foil for another 5 minutes to make the fish brown.
- When the fish has cooked, garnish with lemon slices (1/2 pcs.) And herbs to taste.
Decoration methods and serving options
Decorating a finished dish of baked pink salmon can be completely different and to your taste. Here are a few feed options:
- Cut the lemon into slices and put them into the cuts on the fish, and decorate the plate with greens (lettuce, parsley, dill and any other to taste).
- Instead of lemon, use tomato slices, put the fish on a pillow of greens.
- Put the whole fish on a plate decorated with lettuce, mozzarella and cherry tomatoes.
It is worth considering that the baked pink salmon is served entirely on a flat dish and, preferably, in hot form.
The best side dish for fish is rice and potatoes. Garnish is prepared separately from fish, with the exception of potatoes, it can also be baked in the oven with pink salmon. To do this, put the chopped potatoes on a baking sheet, and put the fish on top.
A vegetable salad (cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, lettuce, feta cheese and olive oil) is perfect for snacks.
It is believed that white wine is most suitable as a drink for fish. However, this is a matter of taste.
