Step cooking
- To cook stuffed pasta nests, you first need to prepare minced meat. We take 400 grams of mixed pork and ground beef, add one teaspoon of salt and one teaspoon of garlic seasoning, mix. Then add half a teaspoon of the seasoning for the minced meat, any one you like more, also mix. We clear one medium onion of the husk, interrupt in a blender, place in a bowl with minced meat, once again mix everything well until smooth. We put the minced meat to the side and proceed to preparing the filling for the dish.
- We peel one medium carrot, peel it under running water, rub it on a coarse grater, remove it to the side. One medium-sized onion is peeled from the husk, cut into quarters on a cutting board, and also removed for the time being.
- We put a stewpan on the stove, pour 50 ml of vegetable oil there. When it warms up, place the chopped onion there, fry for just a minute, then add the grated carrots to it, fry for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly. It is not necessary to fry vegetables strongly, we keep them on fire until soft.
- Then we add one tablespoon of wheat flour to the stewpan, mix everything thoroughly so that the flour is completely dispersed, we do not allow any lumps.
- After the flour has dissolved, pour 200 ml of 20 percent cream into a stewpan, and then 100 ml of homemade tomato. If this is not the case, you can replace the ingredient with tomato paste.
- Here we add half a teaspoon of salt and 2 pinches of ground black pepper, then 2-3 pinches of dry dill. As soon as the sauce begins to boil, turn off the heat, put the stewpan to the side.
- We begin to stuff pasta nests. We take a small amount of minced meat with a tablespoon, put it into each nest as deep as possible, put them in a transparent baking dish.
- When all the nests are filled with minced meat, fill them with sauce, trying to do it evenly so that the fill covers the products from all sides. We send the pan to the oven for 40-45 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
- Cooking time is adjusted independently, based on the capabilities of a particular oven, but the top of the products should have a roasted appearance. My half a bunch of fresh parsley, finely chopped, sprinkle on the surface of the pasta dish. It can be safely served for dinner.
