Chopped meat 500-600 g
Onion 1-2 pcs.
Carrot 1-2 pcs.
Tomato paste 2 tbsp. l
Egg 1 PC.
Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l
Salt 1-1.5 tsp
Ground black pepper pinch
Greenery taste.
Bay leaf 1 PC.
Water 500-550 ml

Step cooking

  1. For cooking, you can buy ready-made minced meat in the store or make it yourself in a meat grinder. This recipe uses 500-600 grams of ground beef with pork. Salt the meat using about 1 tsp. table salt. We also season the minced meat with black ground pepper.

  2. Add 1 chicken egg to minced meat and mix thoroughly with your hands or a spatula.

  3. We cut 1-2 pieces with a sharp knife. onions, which previously peeled from the husk. Cut the onion in small cubes.

  4. We peel a couple of carrots, rinse and rub on a coarse grater.

  5. Pour about 2-3 tbsp into the pan. l vegetable oil and put on medium heat. After heating the pan, spread the chopped onion on it. Fry for several minutes, stirring a little with a spatula so that the onion does not burn.

  7. Add 2 tbsp to the vegetables. l tomato paste and mix thoroughly with a spatula. We continue to fry over medium heat for several minutes.
    Then add tomato paste to the vegetables.
  8. After 2-3 minutes, pour in all the ingredients in a pan 250 ml of ordinary water.

  9. While preparing the roasting, we stuff the pasta nests with minced meat. One nest will require 1 tbsp. l with a slide of toppings. You can also spread the minced meat on pasta already in the pan, but it is more convenient to do this on the table, and put the pasta with minced meat in the pan. We spread the nests stuffed with minced meat in a pan over vegetables.

  10. Pour more water in an amount of 250-300 ml into the pan. But adjust the volume of water yourself, as it can decrease or increase depending on the size of the pan. It is important that the liquid covers only the pasta nests, and the minced meat remains above the water.

  11. Salt everything on top using approximately 1/2 tsp. And add 1 bay leaf.
