Step cooking
- Sift cocoa powder through a sieve. Put a refractory bowl in a water bath and bring the water to a boil. Reduce the heat a little.
- Sifted cocoa add to the bowl in a water bath.
- Add sugar there and mix everything with a spoon. It is advisable to use a silicone spatula.
- Rub sugar into cocoa until completely dissolved.
- In parts, we start pouring milk, gradually stirring the dry ingredients in the container.
- Stir the cocoa with sugar until completely dissolved. A homogeneous consistency should be obtained. Mix very carefully so that there are no lumps. If the mixture is too thick, you can add some more milk until you get the right consistency.
- After the powder is completely dissolved with sugar, cook the icing for a few more minutes to completely remove all lumps and make the mass perfectly smooth.
- Turn off the heat and add the butter to the mixture. Mix well until the oil is completely dissolved in the glaze. It is important that the oil is soft but not melted.
- Pour the icing into another shape, preferably glass, and use as intended. Enjoy your meal!
