hot water 400 ml

Step cooking

  1. Pour 50 ml of vegetable oil into a heated pan and add 200 g of bulgur to it.

  2. In a teapot, boil 400 ml of water. Fry the cereal for about 2 minutes, add 1/2 tsp to it. salt and pour boiling water over everything.
