Step cooking
- Pour 50 ml of vegetable oil into a heated pan and add 200 g of bulgur to it.
- In a teapot, boil 400 ml of water. Fry the cereal for about 2 minutes, add 1/2 tsp to it. salt and pour boiling water over everything.
- We cover the pan with a lid and simmer bulgur over medium heat for 15-20 minutes.
- Porridge is ready!
