Ingredients
- Chocolate - 450 g
- Cream - 400 ml
Step cooking
- Cut 450 g of chocolate and place in a deep container.
- Heat 400 ml of cream and add them to the chocolate.
- Let the mixture stand for a couple of minutes to make the chocolate softer.
- Then mix everything so that there are no lumps left. Put the ganache in the refrigerator for 10 minutes, so that it acquires the consistency of sour cream.
- Next, remove the cream from the refrigerator and for 1 min. beat it with a mixer. It will immediately turn white and become airy.
