Step cooking
- Funchoza (100 grams) put in a deep bowl and pour boiling water (1 liter) for 10 minutes.
- Pork (300 grams) cut into thin strips, medium length.
- Put the pan on the fire, pour in sunflower oil (100 ml) and heat well. Put the chopped pork in the heated oil and fry it until tender and golden in color, stirring constantly.
- Wash, dry, fresh small cucumbers (3 pieces), slice first and slice them into narrow rings, then chop into strips. Rinse the bell pepper (2 pieces), dry, cut in half lengthwise, extract the seeds, and cut the flesh into thin half rings, slicing across the halves. Peel a small carrot (1 piece), wash it and grate it for a Korean carrot.
- Peel red onion (1 piece) and cut into thin quarters. Peel and chop the garlic (4 cloves) into thin plates.
- Rinse a small bunch of fresh parsley, dry and chop finely. Strain the funchose through a colander and rinse with plenty of cold water. Put in a bowl and using kitchen scissors randomly cut into pieces.
- Put all the vegetables in a large bowl or salad bowl, add the fried pork to them and put the chopped funcho.
- Add salt (1 tablespoon), freshly ground black pepper (0.5-1 teaspoon). Pour in 6% table vinegar (2 tablespoons), olive oil (2 tablespoons) and soy sauce (3 tablespoons). Gently mix all the ingredients of the salad from the bottom up.
- Serve the finished funchose salad with pork and vegetables, laid out on serving plates and garnished with sesame seeds.
