Step cooking
- 1 kg of beef pulp should be washed and cleaned of all films. Cut the meat into strips across the fibers.
- In a cauldron or deep pan with a thick bottom, pour 2 - 3 tbsp. l odorless vegetable oil, put on the stove and warm well. Sliced meat is sent to the heated oil. Immediately salt, pepper to taste and mix well.
- From time to time, the meat must be stirred so that the excess liquid evaporates, and the meat is evenly fried.
- While the meat is cooking, prepare the remaining ingredients. Onion cut into half rings.
- Carrots and white radish rub on a grater with straws. If you don’t have such a grater, you can cut the vegetables with a knife.
- When all the moisture has evaporated from the meat and it has been fried, add onions and continue to fry over medium heat. If desired, chopped garlic can be added.
- Peppers are cleaned from seeds and cut into strips. It is not necessary to use multi-colored peppers, you can take it in one color, but it turns out more beautiful.
- After the onion is a little gilded, add the carrots, mix and fry further.
- Pour 0.5 tsp. sweetly ground paprika and red hot pepper, mix. You can add any spices and seasonings to your taste.
- Then add chopped bell pepper, fry for several minutes.
- Lastly, add the radish.
- At the very end, salt to taste and pour 0.5 cups of water, simmer another 5 - 10 minutes until the meat is ready. The meat should become very soft.
- Boil the glass noodles. In the boiling and salted water we lower the noodles, cook according to the instructions on the packaging until cooked. The main thing is not to digest the noodles.
- When the noodles are ready, drain the water and rinse it under cold water. We cut the noodles right in the pan with kitchen scissors.
- We shift the hot meat with vegetables to the noodles, mix thoroughly so that all the ingredients combine.
- We spread the funchose noodles with meat and vegetables on plates and serve. You can sprinkle the finished dish with herbs, pour soy sauce or sprinkle with sesame seeds. Enjoy your meal!
