Step cooking
Preparation of raw materials and ingredients
- Rinse well 1200 g of chicken fillet under running water, dry and cut into small pieces.
- Fold in a container and marinate with 200 ml of soy sauce. Stir periodically several times for uniform pickling.
- Fry 20 g of sesame seeds in a dry frying pan until golden brown. This will give the salad an interesting taste.
- Three large peppers, preferably of different colors, wash, peel and cut into large cubes.
- Wash and chop 50 g of green onions obliquely with feathers.
- Pour 250 g of funchose with a sufficient amount of boiling water and keep it under the lid for 5 to 10 minutes. Noodles have a different thickness - from thin threads to thicker ones, so you need to cook funchose strictly according to the instructions on the package. Fold in a colander and rinse with cold water so that the noodles do not stick together.
- After it is welded, it can be cut into short threads.
Cooking
- Fry the marinated fillet in oil for 5 minutes.
- Add peppers and dried sesame seeds.
- Continue to simmer over high heat for 20 minutes. Do not cover the pan.
- When the peppers become soft, add 70 ml of white wine to the mixture and, stirring occasionally, continue to simmer.
- In a pan, mix the noodles with chicken, sweet pepper and green onion feathers. Salt and pepper to taste, cover and remove from stove.
- Let it brew for 10-15 minutes. Dressing is very important in funchose: white wine will add a touch of sourness, and soy sauce will color the noodles in an appetizing brown color.
Options for submission and registration
- On a large dish, you can lay out the corrugated leaves of green salad, on them - a slide of funchose with chicken, sprinkle dried sesame on top and stick in the center a bunch of green onion feathers, cut diagonally, or a sprig of fresh basil. In this form, he will even decorate the festive table.
- Despite its lightness, the salad is quite nutritious and satisfying, so that it can be safely served as an independent dish.
- You can complement the dish with a glass of dry white wine.
