Step cooking
- First, prepare the chicken. On a cutting board we put 200 g of chicken fillet, cut it into oblong pieces about 1 cm thick.
- Send the fillet to a bowl, pour soy sauce, about 50 g, mix, cover and leave to marinate for 20 minutes.
- Funchozu spread in a deep bowl, pour hot water and leave for 5-7 minutes. These pasta are so thin that they do not need to be cooked. After standing in hot water, they will become ready for use.
- Now prepare the vegetables, peel the onion, rinse it, cut into small cubes.
- My bell pepper, remove the stalk and seeds, cut into small cubes.
- Peel the carrots, wash, rub with a coarse grater. How to chop vegetables, there is not much difference. But residents of Asian countries, in which funchose is a fairly popular dish, cut all the vegetables into strips so that they look harmoniously ready-made.
- We send the pan to the fire, pour vegetable oil, let it heat. It is very important to fry the ingredients over high heat so that they are fried and not let out their juice and stewed in it. For frying, it is better to use a large pan. If you have a small one, fry the ingredients in small portions in one layer.
- We send pickled meat to a heated pan, fry it for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add one teaspoon of curry seasoning to the meat. You can add a pinch of salt if you wish, but be careful. After all, the soy sauce in which you marinated the meat is quite salty. It’s better to add salt at the very end, after taking the sample.
- Add vegetables to the finished meat, mix, fry for another 5 minutes.
You can fry vegetables separately from meat, so they will turn out more fragrant, crispy. To do this, heat a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan. Put the onions immediately, fry them for a minute until transparent. Then add the carrots and cook for another 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly. Then add the bell pepper and sauté for another minute. Experts recommend that bell peppers be fried separately from the rest of the ingredients for literally a minute. So it turns out more crispy. - With funchoses, drain the water, add a pinch of salt. We can add a little vegetable oil so that the noodles do not become a single lump.
- We wash the cucumber, cut into thin cubes.
- Mix funchose, cucumber and fried fillet with vegetables. If necessary, add soy sauce or teriyaki sauce. We spread the finished funchose with chicken in portioned plates, decorate with greens and sesame seeds.
