Garlic | 2 cloves |
Soy sauce | 2 tbsp. l |
Vegetable oil | 1-2 tbsp. l |

Step cooking
- We rinse under running water, dry, remove bones, veins and other inedible elements, and cut into small thin strips of 250-300 g of beef. You can take any other meat: chicken, pork, turkey, etc.
- We clear from all inedible parts (husks, stalks, seeds) 1 sweet pepper, 2 carrots, 1 onion and 2 cloves of garlic. Pepper and carrots are cut into thin strips up to 5-7 cm long. Onion is cut into small cubes, and garlic is first crushed with a knife, and then either finely chopped or passed through a press.
- We take the funchozu from the package, put it in a deep plate and pour boiling water for 7-10 minutes, as indicated on the package. After that, we take it out and rinse with cold water. If it bothers you that the fungoza is very long, for convenience you can cut it with a knife in different places.
- We put the pan on the stove, turn on the medium heat and pour 1-2 tbsp. l vegetable oil. When it warms up, put in the pan pieces of chopped beef and fry until golden brown.
- As soon as the beef becomes golden, we send chopped onions, peppers and carrots into the pan. Fry for about 10 minutes, so that the vegetables become soft, but do not turn into porridge.
- After that, add finely chopped garlic to the rest of the ingredients and pour 2 tbsp. l soy sauce. Mix everything and cook another 5 minutes.
- After this time, put the prepared funchose in a pan, mix with other products and let it warm up and soak in juices for literally 1-2 minutes.
- We lay out the finished dish on plates, decorate with sesame seeds, grated cheese or dill, parsley, cilantro, arugula, etc.
