Step cooking
Noodle preparation
- Funchose (200 g) must be soaked in cold water for about 15 minutes. We put the pan on the fire, bring to a boil and add salt. In boiling water, add soaked noodles, cook for another 5 minutes.
- Next, we save funchose from excess water with a colander.
- Before serving, fry in olive oil, pour there a tablespoon of soy sauce, mix and remove from the pan.
Meat preparation
- In a manual mortar, rub a tablespoon of sesame seeds.
- There we add a tablespoon of soy sauce, a teaspoon of granulated sugar and a tablespoon of sesame oil, mix. Grind one clove of garlic thoroughly with a garlic press or knife and mix with sesame dressing.
- Fresh beef (300 grams) is cut into long and thin slices. In this form, the meat is quickly marinated and quickly fried. Add the resulting marinade to the meat, mix so that all the beef is covered with it.
- We cover the container with meat with cling film and send it to marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- In a separate pan with olive oil, spread the pickled beef, fry until fully cooked.
Vegetable preparation
- Using a vegetable cutter, cut one carrot into long and thin slices. This will give a special look to the finished dish. We heat the pan, pour a tablespoon of vegetable oil on it, spread the carrots cut into slices and fry for 5 minutes.
- Cut into large pieces one bunch of washed and dried spinach. Fry it in a preheated pan with olive oil for one minute.
Dish assembly
- In a large and deep container, spread the noodles fried in soy sauce to the bottom.
- On top of it lay all the other previously prepared components: carrots, spinach, meat.
- There we put one fresh cucumber, cut into thin slices, mix everything together.
- Separate the yolk and protein from the chicken egg, beat them and fry separately. After cooling, cut into slices and decorate the finished dish.
