Step cooking
- For a green smoothie, take 2 kiwi and half a banana. Peel the fruit and cut it into pieces.
- Put chopped kiwi and half a banana in a blender bowl, add about 50 ml of kefir and 1 tsp. honey.
Important! The amount of kefir and honey for each smoothie layer you can safely change depending on the resulting consistency and taste. If you want to make the drink more liquid - add kefir, thicker - pour less than indicated in the recipe. If the smoothie turns out to be sweet enough, or if you want to feel more sourness - you can not add honey. - Beat all the ingredients thoroughly in a blender.
- The green layer is ready, pour it from the blender into any container and wash the bowl to prepare the next layer.
- Take 1 persimmon, peel it from the skin and seeds, cut the flesh into small pieces. Also peel and cut half a banana.
- In a blender, mix chopped fruits, 50 ml of kefir and 1 tsp. honey.
- Beat until smooth.
- After you prepare the blender for the next layer, take a handful of cherry berries - fresh or frozen. If berries with seeds, peel them.
- Cut into half a banana and send everything to a blender, adding 50 ml of kefir and 1 tsp. honey.
- Beat the layer well.
- Take two glasses. In one of them, carefully pour the half of the finished green smoothie in the first layer, and the red in the other.
- Pour yellow persimmon and banana smoothie into both glasses with a second layer.
Important! So that the layers do not mix, you first need to spread the smoothies with a spoon, covering the first layer. And then you can just add it. - For the top layer, use the remaining smoothie: pour a drink of red color in one glass, and green in another.
Decoration methods and serving options
The originality of the presentation of this fruit and berry smoothie is that you pour the drink into tall transparent glasses with three multi-colored layers. This smoothie looks beautiful and appetizing.
You can decorate the drink with a sprig of mint, laying it on the top layer. Also a mandatory element when feeding is a tube. Drinking a smoothie will be more convenient through a wide straw. A decorative cocktail umbrella will also be useful.
If you want a brighter yellow color for the middle layer, you can add a little turmeric to it. The ingredients for the other two layers can also be changed, for example, instead of cherries, you can use red currants or any other red berry to your taste.
You can make a drink cool in the summer by adding ice to each layer while whipping the ingredients in a blender.
