Ingredients
- banana - half
- orange - 1 pc.
- Kiwi - 1 pc.
- natural yogurt - 80 g
- corn flakes - 100 g
- blueberries - 5-7 pcs.
Step cooking
Prepare the products
- Peel a ripe banana and cut off half of it. If desired, you can use the whole fruit. Cut the peeled tropical fruit into small squares, so that later it is easy to remove it from a glass with a teaspoon.
- Small orange peeled peel and white pulp. Cut citrus into slices the same size as a banana.
- Ripe and juicy kiwi get rid of the peel and chop in the same way as the rest of the ingredients.
Collect salad
- Put the chopped banana in a glass cup with the first layer.
- On top of the banana, lay out a couple of tablespoons of natural yogurt.
- Next, put a small handful of corn flakes, previously crumbling them lightly in the palms of your hands. Optionally, add almonds or cashews.
- The second layer is formed from chopped kiwi.
- On top of the kiwi, lay out a couple of tablespoons of natural yogurt and a handful of cornflakes.
- The last layer is made from oranges.
- Put the remaining yogurt on top of the citrus.
- As a decoration for the finished salad, we use several whole corn flakes and 5-7 blueberries.
