Ingredients
- meat (beef) - 1 kg

- boiling water - 200 ml

Step cooking
- To get started, take 250 g of any rice, rinse it thoroughly under water, and then place it in a pan, fill it with water 1: 2 and put on fire. When the rice boils, stir it with a spoon to avoid pestering the pan.
- While the rice is boiling, you can start cooking the minced meat. To do this, take 1 kg of beef, cut it into small pieces, removing all the veins. Twist the beef in a meat grinder.
- Also, to the beef through a meat grinder, pass a small bunch of parsley. Separately, whisk 2 cold squirrels in a bowl, leave the yolks aside.
- Take 2 small onions, peel them and send to a meat grinder. At the very end, add 2 beaten eggs to the minced meat, onion and parsley, salt and pepper to taste. Stir the minced meat thoroughly, ram it a little with a spoon and let stand.
- While the minced meat is infused, start cooking brown gravy. Put the pan on the fire and add 3 tbsp. To it. l flour, 50 g butter, as well as 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil. When the butter begins to melt, mix the ingredients to remove the lumps and wait until the flour becomes a beautiful brown color, periodically stirring the mixture with a whisk.
- Pour brown flour with 200 ml of boiling water, stir, and then add 50 ml of plain water (not hot). Salt and pepper the gravy, then add 1 tbsp. l thick steamed beef broth.
- Take a baking sheet, grease it with a little vegetable oil. Also, prepare a bowl of cold water in which you will wet your hands so that the minced meat does not stick to them. You will need to take a small piece of minced meat (50) g, add a piece of prune inside and form a ball. Put the finished meatballs on a baking sheet at a small distance from each other.
- Meatballs should be baked at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. While the meatballs are baking, drain the water from the rice by throwing it in a colander. Rice should be viscous enough. Pour it into a bowl and add 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil and 30 g of butter, mix.
- Remove the meatballs from the oven, transfer them to boiling sauce and hold them there for another 5 minutes.
- Put rice on a plate, decorate a plate with cherry tomatoes, prunes and parsley leaves, put meatballs next to it and pour them with gravy.
