Step cooking
- Take 2 deep bowls, 3 eggs and separate the squirrels from the yolks. Separate them very carefully, because if the yolk gets into the proteins, the omelet will not be so airy. If this happened, it is better to take other eggs and start all over again.
- Add a little salt to a bowl of squirrels, and then beat them with a mixer until a thick white foam is formed.
- Next, add 1 yolk to the whipped proteins and mix again using a mixer at high speeds. Repeat similar manipulations with all remaining yolks.
- After you have fully mixed the eggs and beat them in a lush foam, add a little freshly ground black pepper to them. It also needs to be mixed with eggs using a mixer. If you like to add some more seasonings, this is also allowed.
- Before frying the omelette, place the pan in a medium heat and heat it a little (do not heat it too much). Lubricate the surface of the pan with a silicone brush dipped in vegetable oil. Do not pour oil, as the omelet will be very greasy.
- Pour the beaten eggs onto a heated skillet and cook the omelet under the lid over low heat for 3 minutes.
- Time must be strictly controlled, because if the omelet is overexposed at least, then it will become flat, not airy, and will lose its unusual taste. The lid must not be opened during cooking either.
- In order for the omelet to acquire a pleasant creamy taste and fry a little, place small pieces of room temperature butter at the edges of the dish, gently lifting, but not very disturbing it with a spatula. After that, cook the eggs for another 1 minute without a lid.
- Spread the French omelette very carefully, it is better to move it from the pan to the plate, slightly turning the first one and prying the dish with a spatula.
- Next, hold half the omelet so that it turns out to be a little folded, and in the middle you can see a small bright tongue.
- Decorate the dish on a plate with greens or fresh vegetables and serve. Such an omelet is perfect for a wholesome breakfast or for a light dinner.
