  • Red fish (rainbow trout) - 1 carcass
  • Hard Caprino Cheese - 300 g
  • Hard Parmesan Cheese - 120-150 g
  • Fresh tomato - 2 pcs.
  • Raw carrots - 2 pcs.
  • Lemon - 1/3 part of citrus
  • Mayonnaise - 2-3 tbsp. l
  • Fresh greens (parsley, dill) - 3-4 branches
  • Salt, pepper - to taste
