Step cooking
- For cooking, it is possible to purchase 400 grams of ready-made cod fillet in the store. But if such a product could not be bought, then you can use frozen cod, which must first be processed. First, the fish is thawed in the refrigerator, after which the head, tail and all the fins are cut off. Then, with the help of a knife, the spinal bone is cut, the fillet on the belly is processed and large bones are removed. You can use tweezers for this.
- Next, take a glass baking dish or a baking sheet, lubricating it with 1-2 tbsp. l vegetable oil around the perimeter and edges. Put cod fillets, salting to taste and sprinkling with a pinch of black pepper. Top of fish fillet watered 1 tbsp. l lemon juice. And give a little stand.
- At this time, they are preparing vegetables. One zucchini of medium size is first cut into thin slices, the width of which is 2-3 mm.
- Then you need to chop 2 onions in small cubes so that it is better fried.
- One large carrot is rubbed on a coarse grater.

- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and put the dish with cod fillet and vegetables for 15-20 minutes. Ready fish is taken out of the oven, it should be juicy and tender, and the top layer of vegetables with mayonnaise is a little baked.
- The finished cod fillet and vegetables are transferred to a beautiful dish and served to guests. Top you can decorate the fish with a small amount of parsley, fresh green onions or dill.
